As a recent university graduate, I’m quickly realizing that my days are filled with begrudgingly accepting that my time is now divided between assimilating into the work force and rejecting the idea of working a 9-5 career with every fiber of my being.

If I’ve learned nothing else in my 22 years on this planet, it’s the necessity of mastering coping mechanisms, so I’m creating this blog as a way of ensuring my creative juices do not completely ebb away.

I’m hoping to maintain this blog as I embark on a Workaway experience in Europe come Spring 2014, as a way of ensuring my family and friends can follow my travels.

Welcome to Mind, Body & Sol.

Safe travels,

  1. I must confess, I randomly stumbled upon your blog oh about…two hours ago, and have read through the entire thing. I loved all your quotes and find your words very inspirational. I just have to say thank you.

    • Wow! I’m so flattered that you read through everything and so pleased that you liked it – although I do feel slightly guilty about eating up all your time. I hope you come back again 🙂
